Parent Groups

Parent Teacher Group

The Nativity Parent-Teacher Group PTG seeks to bring together the parents and faculty to enhance the total Catholic Education of our children. This organization fosters a spirit of cooperation, provides a channel of communication, and acts as a vehicle for exchange of ideas and experiences. Various committees are formulated within the PTG to meet the needs of the school including but not limited to fundraising. All parents are members of the PTG and are invited to serve on committees.

Room Parents

Room parents have the vital role of fostering a classroom community that is fun and engaging. From class celebrations to teacher appreciation initiatives to field trips, Room Parents have the unique opportunity of being a part of their children’s lives outside the home. Nativity School has a strong history of committed parents who have been leaders in this volunteer opportunity. Room parent responsibilities include involvement in Holiday parties, Family Mass, Open House, and our annual Christmas Tree Lot.

Men’s Club

The purpose of the Men’s Club is to bring the men of Nativity Parish (Church and School) closer together through a series of social events with a focus on community building. Membership into the Men’s Club is open to any male, 21 years of age or older, who is involved with Nativity Parish (Church or School). The focus is on family functions, and the Club has hosted over 8,000 people since its inception in 2001. Past events include: Pasta DInner, Pancake Dinner, Cioppino Night, Movie Night, and Giants Tailgate. The Club is non- fundraising.
